Drysdale's is proud to once again host our 20th Annual Easter Egg Hunt March 29th, 30th and 31st, 2024. We are again gratefully accepting non-perishable food donations, which will be distributed to our local food banks. Scroll to the bottom of the page for registration.

Activities Include: 

• Egg hunt and treat bag (Children 2 and under do not receive a treat bag, unless they pay for admission)
• Magic show 
• Visit with the Easter Bunny 
• Zoo Tek: live exotic animal show
• Face Painting
• Refreshments (additional cost)

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your hunt time- Wagons leave promptly at the start time. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Evergreen Store to complete the registration process.

*Dogs are not allowed in the Greenhouse due to the Zoo Tek Exotic Animal Show*

Unlike most of our other seasonal events, this is a scheduled event- meaning all of the activities happen one after the other, not simultaneously. We only do 4 egg hunts per day. Arriving late will cause you to miss out on some of the activities completely. No discounts/refunds will be given if part of the event is missed.

We have once again teamed up with KOOL FM to give you the chance to win a 20 person birthday party at Kings and Castles Indoor Playground and Restaurant!

Prize includes;

• A 20 Person Birthday party at Kings and Castle (available Monday-Friday only)
• Pizza
• Drinks
• Coffee

Winner will be announced Tuesday April 2 during Kool Mornings with Dale and Charlie.

Fee includes: Train & wagon ride, Easter Egg Hunt, and treat bags for participating children. Also includes two live shows: the Pick Pocket Magician and Zoo Tek, an educational interactive exotic animal experience. We encourage you to bring your camera for photos with the animals to share on Facebook and Instagram! To Participate in the Easter Egg Hunts:

• Register at the Evergreen Store 30 minutes prior to your hunt
  (Hunts go out at 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm)
  
• Wagons will load between The Evergreen Store and Santa's House
• When the wagons arrive in the hunt area, please wait until all wagons have completely stopped before exiting
• Coloured plastic eggs have been distributed throughout the designated hunt area. Due to environmental concerns, children's safety, and to deter competition, candy or chocolate are not placed outside. All participating children who paid for admission, regardless of how many eggs are collected, receive a treat bag.

We recommend bringing a fun Easter bag or basket to collect your eggs in! We can provide a paper bag if you don't have one or forget.

Once all children have completed the Hunt, wagons will bring you back to the Greenhouse to exchange any eggs found for a treat bag. Please note the chocolate eggs may contain nuts, if you have a nut allergy or other health concern, please mention it in the comments section of the online registration, or let Drysdale's know ahead of time so we can prepare an alternative treat bag.

Food and beverages are available in the greenhouse.

The Evergreen Store is open for spring garden and home decor! Take advantage of great prices and visit the Evergreen Store, open throughout the year for unique gift ideas and home accents. Our full service landscape nursery is open beginning early-May and carries a wide selection of mature trees. If you are interested in a landscape design or home consultation, please speak with one of our knowledgeable staff.

Pre-Registration

Please pre-register to give us a sense of how many children to expect so we can ensure we don't run out of goody bags! 

Register any children who will be participating, including children under 2 years old in the participants section. Put the number of Adults, and teenagers who will not be participating in the comments section.

Once you hit submit, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation email right away, please check your spam/junk folder before trying again. If the confirmation is not there, try registering again, and ensure your email address is input correctly.
